Whose Group Is It Anyway?
Whether you're a group facilitator or parent leader, you're running the workshops. But Powerful Families is all about participants realizing their own strength. So you should always reinforce the fact that this is their group, not yours. Whenever issues come up that seem complex or have no simple answers, feel free to throw questions back to the group: Ask them what they think about it. That way, you show that expertise lies within the group.
